broken elevators inadequate maintenance
the elevator situation was a problem, with one out of service upon arrival. by the last day, both elevators were broken so everyone had to use the stairs. maybe the hotel shouldnt wait until everything fails before maintenance is done.

the front desk staff were helpful with directions. the gym had three treadmills. i found the breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit. the bar provided a relaxed atmosphere for evening drinks.
the hallway lighting near my room felt a little dim.

clean room comfortable bed immediate help
my room was very clean upon arrival. i was also glad that the bed was very comfortable. the staff offered immediate help with all questions, so it was quick to resolve issues.
the elevators were out of service sometimes. this did cause some inconvenience moving around.

the pillows were great. i enjoy quiet and this fine place delivered.
the hotel requires work. for the price of a single night here, i expected an updated pool and jacuzzi facilities. the facilities were old and not super clean looking.

The staff were attentive to requests. The location allowed easy access to attractions. I found the quick check in convenient. The receptionist was helpful with local directions.
Nightclub music nearby was loud. It continued until late. I had difficulty sleeping because the windows are not soundproof.

The location was awesome. Near the waterfront. the staff members were friendly. i loved the comfort from the plush beds. the room had so many useful amenities, which helped a lot!
